This 60-minute phone coaching call is included in your Basic Plan to provide you with personalised support and accountability. Perfect for those needing regular motivation and guidance to stay on track with their goals. During this call, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and set action steps for the upcoming weeks. Ideal for maintaining motivation and achieving your personal and professional goals.
Cancellation Policy
Whole Self Coach Accountability Plans: Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy: 1. Initial Sign-Up: • Upon signing up for the Whole Self Coach Accountability Plan, clients will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule their initial consultation call and regular check-ins based on their chosen plan. • Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred time slots. 2. Ongoing Scheduling: • Basic Plan: Clients can book one 60-minute call per month. • Standard Plan: Clients can book one 60-minute call bi-weekly. • Premium Plan: Clients can book one 60-minute call weekly. 3. Daily Check-Ins: • Basic and Standard Plans: Daily check-ins via text are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • Premium Plan: Text-based daily check-ins are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 4. Rescheduling: • Clients can reschedule their booked sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will incur a £100 fee. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellations: • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any fees. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a £100 fee. 2. No-Shows: • If a client does not attend a scheduled session and has not notified David at Whole Self Coach in advance, the session will be forfeited, and a charge of £100 will be incurred for my time. This charge must be paid within 24 hours before your program continues. The fee is inclusive of my time but also to hold you accountable to our agreement. 3. Refunds: • Refunds are available within the first seven days of the plan. Clients who choose to cancel their plan within this period will receive a full refund. • After the first seven days, clients are eligible for a 25% refund of the current month’s fee only, provided they have not used more than one session in that month. • Refunds will not be given for any previous months used or taken. 4. Termination: • Clients can terminate their plan at any time. However, refunds will be processed according to the above refund policy. • To terminate the plan, clients must cancel via their online account. Please sign into the website and cancel.
