Martin will cover the experience of the WDA and Welsh Assembly Government in delivering Mentoring and Coaching support to businesses in Wales. As well as looking at the rationale behind and practicalities of delivering business mentoring he will also review some examples of mentoring in practice and how client businesses have benefited.
