COACHING SUPERVISION WORKSHOP
This is a practical session highlighting the importance of developing our coach/mentoring skills through being in supervision. It will also highlight the different forms of Supervision available to us.
CONTENT
· Introduction – what is Coaching Supervision and what is it not.
· Developments in understanding about Coaching Supervision. ‘Professionalisation’ of Coaching, the need for Supervision and what the Governing Bodies currently say.
· The Benefits of being a Coach in Supervision.
· Practical Methods of Supervision. How to make it cost effective and worthwhile.
· Having a go! A practical session with an opportunity to get involved in some supervision.
· Review and questions
WORKSHOP LEADER: Karen Frost
Karen Frost, MBA – is a qualified Business Coach and works with Senior Managers across the range of sectors as well as dedicating a percentage of her time to The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OSC&M) as a Faculty Coach Mentor and Supervisor.
Karen is currently developing a number of courses for the CIPD on coach mentoring supervision through her involvement with the OSC&M and is the Lead Faculty Coach Mentor for Coach Mentoring Supervision.
